We aim to process your order as soon as possible. Your card will not be charged till the product is ready to be dispatched to you. We aim to despatch orders on the same day if ordered before 2PM on a business day.

All deliveries are made between Monday - Friday during working hours 9AM-5.30PM. Signature required for delivery.
Shipping is made via UPS. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery time will vary based on your location. Most packages get delivered within 2-5 days.
Once your order is shipped, you will get a mail containing your UPS Label and Tracking Number.

You can return an item within the first 30 days from the shipping date. We`ll gladly exchange it or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise-whichever you prefer. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material, manuals, and all accessories.

Return Shipping
If you decide that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to e-LowPrice Ltd. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective. To get a return authorization number please contact support@e-lowprice.com We recommend that you use UPS Ground Service “Insured.” If you have an overweight/oversized item that was shipped to you via a Freight/LTL carrier, e-LowPrice Ltd. will arrange for the carrier to pick the product up directly from your home. The return shipping price will be sent to you before it is picked up.

Please initiate a return within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise if it has been damaged in transit or is defective. We will gladly send a replacement free of charge. Once the product arrives at e-LowPrice Ltd., either a refund will be issued or we will exchange your product and send a new one out to you. If you have received a defective unit, some manufacturers may require one service call to diagnose the issue.
